To sell "Service Type" products click on the "Service Type" product, in my case "House Cleaning Servicing" is a "Service Type" product.
After clicking on the service type product, the product will be added to the cart immediately.
If you want to assign an employee for this service, click on the marked place or pencil icon.
Then select an employee from the "Employee" field to sell this service, Then assign the employee and click on the "Add to Cart" button to save the changes.
